GET READY FOR THE SUMMER!
I’m super excited to inform you that I’m organizing a programme for you to get a stronger and fitter body and feel your very best ! Through yoga we can reach our goals without causing harm to our body.
The programme will consist of 3 x yoga workouts per week over 3 weeks. There will be recordings sent after each class.
The goal is to find that discipline, that motivation that we might have lost and create a community to support one another. I will guide you through each step along this programme with healthy tips and of how to stay motivated. I will also make adjustments and tell you what’s right for your body.
You will feel your very best and learn how to love yourself again ! You are unique! It’s time to take care of yourselves and love your body in a healthy way.
There will also be a nutritionist @fitgurme to guide you and feel your very best !
